Six Property Sales in Wilton’s Real Estate Week (April 7-13)

Every week the Wilton town clerk’s office releases the property transfers that were recorded the prior week. For the period of April 7-13, there were six real estate sales recorded in Wilton. They were, including address, sale price and photo (where available):

• Deutsche Bank National Trust Co. sold 115 Blue Ridge Rd. to Bart Enterprise LLC for $360,000.

• Sandra Giuffre sold 92 Keelers Ridge Rd. to Bradford Carroll, Jr., and Sung Pak for $952,500.

• Mitesh Singhal and Geetanjali Vats purchased 31 Heather Ln. from the Irving K. Chann Revocable Trust (Katherine Chann, Trustee) for $249,075, and from Katherine Chann for $249,075.

• Josef and Vicki Schoell sold 4 Wilton Crest to David and Berta Hull for $390,000.

• Sean Middleton and Lisa Pellegrino sold 35 Berch Ct. to Eileen and Flachra Grisewood for $773,000.
