  • Marilyn Hurwitz sold 335 Newtown Tpke. to Robert and Lisa Hurwitz for $650,000.
  • Mabel Kernan sold 65 Thunder Lake Rd. to Donna Arnold and Long Fong Hsu for $675,000.
  • John Weiss and Linda Frankemolle sold 126 Hurlbutt St. to Nicholas and Christine Kraemer for $820,000.
  • Michael and Elizabeth Rudolph sold 101 Indian Hill Rd. to Robert and Jodi Kendall for $710,000.
  • Vincent and Loren Moran sold 2 Richdale Dr. to Louis Marrone and Ryan Sullivan for $985,000.
  • Joseph and Catherine Freimuth sold 39 Wicks End Dr. to Carl and Amy Wistreich for $1,300,000 (pictured).
