The year ended strongly for real estate transactions–there were 16 recorded by Wilton in the last half of 2014’s final month. Of those, four were above the $1 million sales mark, and four others were within just a few thousand dollars of that.

During the week of Dec. 12-Dec. 18, 2014, the following transactions were recorded by Wilton’s Town Clerk:

  • Kathleen Risley sold 68 Hillbrook Rd. to Drosten and Mary Fisher for $580,000.
  • Mark Ward, William Fisher and Joseph McMahon sold 109 Signal Hill Rd. to Lillian Gilman for $103,000.
  • Susan Leschinski sold 66 Borglum Rd. to Erich and Devon Rayment for $1,525,000.
  • Scott and Sarah Kreuzer sold 31 Weeburn Ln. to Michael and Nicole Walberg for $865,000.
  • Toll CT II Limited Partnership sold 22 River Ridge Ln. to Mark Melendez and Renee Baranin for $1,103,141.
  • Jannice Webber sold 42 Pheasant Run to Courtney and Aaron Lilly for $995,000.

From Dec. 19, 2014-Jan. 1, 2015, the Town Clerk reported the following property sales stats:

  • Harold and Alison Clark sold 28 Wilton Crest to Linda Frankemolle for $519,000.
  • Michael and Ashley Todd sold 53 Branch Brook Rd. to Daniel and Laurie Masonson for $905,000.
  • Toll CT II Limited Partnership sold 3 River Ridge Ln. to Margaret and Lawrence Hutchins for $1,193,658.
  • Antonia Wiseman sold 372 Olmstead Hill Rd. to Magdalena Ubaldo for $367,500.
  • COG Builders LLC sold 45 Clover Dr. to Michelle Martinez and Nicholas Molnar for $765,500.
