Ambler Farm is hosting a Sunset Hoedown at the Farm to celebrate summer, and tickets for the popular dinner-and-dancing-under-the-stars event are now available for purchase.

Ambler Farm is one of Wilton’s most spectacular spots to see a gorgeous summer sunset. Guests will enjoy a lively, fun-filled summer evening with old and new friends on Saturday, June 11 from 6 p.m.–10 p.m..

The Sunset Hoedown features a barbecue catered by local fave Barcelona restaurant. It kicks off with a wide selection of passed hors d’oeuvres including:  mini pulled pork sliders, pigs in a blanket, vegetable crudité cups, grilled BBQ chicken bites, grilled cajun shrimp pinto and herbed goat cheese with wild mushrooms on toasted crostini. Following hors d’oeuvres, dinner under the tents includes:  BBQ pork ribs, grilled corn on the cob with cherry peppers and lemon, grilled skirt steak with chimichurri sauce, red bliss potato salad, coleslaw, house-made baked beans and fresh corn bread. The highlight of the evening’s festivities is square dancing with a professional caller and hayrides under the stars.

The evening even has a signature Sunset Hoedown cocktail, as well as other refreshments including beer, wine and nonalcoholic beverages. The evening comes to a “sweet conclusion” with decadent Ambler Farm s’mores.

Tickets are available to members at $95 per person, and non-members at $110 per person. Advance registration is required. Anyone interested in attending is encouraged to register now while there is no waiting list. For more information and registration, visit the Ambler Farm website here.
