Temple B’nai Chaim is inviting the Wilton community to attend a special LGBTQ Pride Shabbat Service this Friday, June 23, at 7:30 p.m..
According to organizers, the motivation for holding a service that celebrates pride is inclusion.
“This service will be a celebration of LGBTQ Jews, their friends, families, and allies, and will include special readings and prayers that honor the beautiful diversity of gender identity and sexual orientation that exists in our community and our world,” organizers say in a press release sent to media.
Temple B’nai Chaim is located at 82 Portland Ave..
