Last week (Sept. 30-Oct. 6) was another quiet week in Wilton real estate, with only three homes changing hands. According to information distributed to media weekly by the Wilton town clerk’s office, the properties that sold were (including address, closing price and photo, when available):
- Brendan and Sherilyn Swords sold 29 Crofoot Rd. to Seth Rosenberg and Caroline Ronk for $531,000.
- Joselito Tubianosa and Arlene Chan Tubianosa sold 14 Rivergate Woods to James and Maria Pirro for $605,000.
- Brian and Nina Morrissey sold 25 Hidden Lake Ridge to Michael and Emily Galligan for $1,074,000.
