  • James Chiappetta sold 94 Wilton Crest to John Chiappetta for $205,000.
  • Perry and Karen Seelert sold 45 Mollbrook Dr. to Florin Arghirescu and Mona Sze for $1,085,000 (pictured).
  • Yun Chen sold 19 Sugar Hollow Rd. to Blackacre Realty LLC for $910,000.
