This year marks the 18th anniversary of the four coordinated September 11th terror attacks.

We remember the first responders and civilians who were killed in the attacks 18 years ago, especially the five Wilton residents lost that day–Edward Fergus, Peter C. Fry, John Henwood, John F. Iskyan and Edward P. York.

Wilton Firefighters Local 2233 and the Wilton Fire Department will hold their annual September 11 Memorial Ceremony today, Wednesday, Sept. 11 at 10 a.m. at Wilton Fire Headquarters (236 Danbury Rd.). The ceremony is open to the public and residents are invited to attend.
