Trackside Teen Center has a big deal to announce about its fundraising–the center will be holding a fundraising event featuring the band Big Deal, made up of a group of talented Wilton musicians.
Wilton’s own Big Deal Band will be performing on Friday, April 28 at a special fundraising concert for the Trackside. This 21-and-over event will showcase the headlining band of the Wilton Rocks for Food winter concerts that have raised over $60,000 over the past two years for local food pantry charities.
On April 28, Big Deal members and Wilton residents Andy Schlesinger, Dan Berg and Dave Valle will be joined by guest vocalists Mike Oliver and Gerry Lee.
Trackside continues to work with the community to provide a space for Wilton’s teens. Special programming, events and activities are available at the center for the kids. The Teen Center depends on special events to raise money in support of the organization.
“With budgets so tight this year, we are grateful to the Big Deal Band for volunteering their talents in what will be a great night of music and entertainment,” says Mark Ketley, Trackside’s executive director. “For all the people that came to Wilton Rocks, this is another opportunity to hear your neighbors perform.”
Tickets are available on the Trackside website or by calling the center at 203.834.2888.
