- 136 Scribner Hill Rd. was sold by Anthony and Jennifer Albano to Adam and Katherine Zoller for $1,170,000.
- 215 Ridgefield Rd. was sold by Anda Weyher to Christopher Law and Robin McCory for $829,000. (see article main image, above)
