The weekly housing sales stats were distributed by the Town Clerk’s office, and this week there were only two real estate transfers recorded.

  • Perkins and Michelle Miller sold 99 Old Highway to Darren and Beth Skott for $975,000 (pictured above).
  • Renato and Laura Martins sold 72 Old Mill Rd. to Alexander and Kristi Brunfeld Perfido for $490,000.
