Two homes changed hands in Wilton last week, and $1 million separated the closing prices. According to data released each week and sent to local media, those real estate transfers were (including address, names and sale prices):
- Michael and Gena Greer sold 55 Ryders Ln. to Melissa and John Kelly for $1,465,000.
- Theodore and Jacqueline Panagiotopoulos sold 5 Gaylord Dr. S. to Maria Wilson for $460,000.
