Wilton Police have released information related to last Thursday’s (Oct. 27) accident involving a pedestrian who was struck by a delivery van in the common driveway between Scoops and the Village Market. The pedestrian has been identified as 75-year-old Francis Cullen of Ridgefield.
According to Lt. Stephen Brennan, Cullen died on Sunday, Oct 30, as a result of his injuries from the motor vehicle accident.
Police also noted that the investigation is still currently open and no charges are pending.
