Come experience a New England tradition–turning sap into syrup! Ambler Farm is hosting two Maple Syrup Open Houses over the next two Saturdays (March 4 and March 11), and visitors of all ages are invited to get some hands-on experience in the fascinating process of making syrup.

Not only will participants learn a little bit about the history of New England syrup making, but kids and families will have an opportunity to tap a tree, take the maple syrup taste test, learn about the different methods of making syrup (Native American, colonial, and modern) and, of course, taste Ambler Farm’s very own maple syrup over vanilla ice cream.

There will be bottles of Ambler Farm Maple Syrup available for sale. Both Saturday events are free and open to the public.

The open houses are scheduled for Saturday, March 4 and Saturday, March 11 (both 1-2 p.m.).
