- Renz and Tara Fankhanel sold 67 Canterbury Ln. to Timothy and Noelle Osiecki for $880,000.
- Jeffrey and Amy Staw sold 28 Woodland Pl. to Carlos Kim and Eunice Kang for $887,000.
- Allison Jennings sold 21 Fawn Ridge Ln. to Christopher and Deidre Tangorra for $325,000.
- Elgin Bahei and Nisreen Saeed sold 17 Lambert Common to Rebecca Tzanos for $545,000.
- U.S. Bank Trust sold 213 New Canaan Rd. to Russell Grant for $304,237.50.
- Ruby and Stephen Kozma sold 34 Own Home Ave. to Thomas Fullam for $280,000.
- Bankwell Bank sold 159 Cannon Rd. to Zini Construction for $350,000.
- Robert and Deborah Hewitt sold 22 Westfield Rd. to Dietter Properties for $455,000. (no photo available)
