Last week, there were four real estate transfers in Wilton, according to the information supplied to media each week by the Town Clerk’s office. They were (including address and sale price):

  • Gerald and Deena Youngs sold 669 Cheesespring Rd. to Diana and Serge Dore for $2,100,000 (pictured above).
  • James and Brenda McCurry sold 15 Littlebrook Rd. to Clifford and Carolyn Hancock for $845,000.
