Two Wilton High School teams have upcoming celebrations of their senior players.

Boys Varsity Basketball

Tonight, Wednesday, Feb. 22 at the WHS field house, Wilton salutes the varsity boys basketball team’s  “Super Seven” seniors at the last game of the regular season. Tip off is 7 p.m., with the ceremony starting 10 minutes before. The team’s seniors are (pictured above, L-R):  Matt Kronenberg, Sean Breslin, Jack Williams, Jackson Cote, Jack Wood, Joseph Pozzi and Drew Connolly.

As of Tuesday, Feb. 21, the team was ranked 17th in Connecticut, and 6th in CT’s Class L. They enter tonight’s game against Fairfield Ludlowe with a 14-5 record (10-5 in league play).

The Warriors have clinched the team’s fifth straight FCIAC spot, the only team to do so in the last five years, according to their coach Joel Geriak.

Boys Ice Hockey

The Wilton High School Boys Ice Hockey team will honor its four seniors with a Senior Night ceremony during the Warriors’ home game against Masuk this Saturday, Feb. 25.

Ceremonies begin at 8:45 p.m. in Ridgefield at the Winter Garden Arena. The senior Wilton Warriors are (pictured below, L-R) Liam Rance (alternate captain), Alec Biegen (captain), Michael Lindberg and Peter Koch (captain).
