This new week (July 9-15) will be very beautiful, featuring generally sunny skies, above average temperatures, mainly low humidity, and dry weather conditions. Perfect weather to be outside!

Monday, July 9: The new week ahead starts off very nice and dry, looking ahead to two additional rounds of warmth that feature high temperatures into the 90s. We’ll get close to 90 degrees on Monday, but will likely just miss it with a high temperature into the upper 80s instead. While it will be hot, the humidity will remain low at a much more pleasant level. All in all, Monday will be a gorgeous, sunny day.
Tuesday, July 10: On Tuesday, we’ll see that first bump up into the mid 90s. This warmup will be brief, though, giving a hint to the warmth of the upcoming weekend when we may witness the summer’s second heat wave. Tuesday’s heat, however, will be accompanied by mostly sunny skies, low humidity, and a light breeze.

Wednesday, July 11: Wednesday will see an upper-level disturbance passing through. This will allow for a relief from yesterday’s toasty temperatures for a brief time period. This disturbance may also trigger a few showers and thunderstorms late-day, but this activity should remain well to our north and west, leaving another nice weather day featuring mostly sunny skies, low humidity, and a light wind. It sound a lot like Tuesday, with the only difference being a slight cool down.
Thursday, July 12: Another stunner of a day will be ahead on Thursday. Mostly sunny skies, pretty dry air, and a high temperature into the mid 80s will be the story.
Friday, July 13: Leave it to Friday the 13th for a new heat wave to begin to develop, as temperatures surge back to around 90 degrees as we get into Friday and through the start of next week. Expect a high in the upper 80s paired with mostly sunny skies and low dew points (humidity).

Saturday, July 14: It should warm up by a degree or two during the weekend, rising to around 90 degrees on Saturday. That will come with mostly sunny skies once again and low humidity. I feel rather repetitious with this forecast because everyday this week will feature pretty similar weather conditions!
Sunday, July 15: By Sunday, humidity levels should increase a bit, so the high of around 90 degrees will feel a few degrees warmer thanks to the added moisture. Like every day this week, you’ll want to make sure you put on sunscreen when you’re outside due to the mostly sunny skies overhead.
