Congratulations to Wilton 5 Blue Girls’ travel lacrosse team–they won their CONNY bracket on Saturday, May 31 at the Yale Bowl.
They defeated New Canaan Black (9-4) and Westport Blue (8-5) to win their division championship at the Annual CONNY Lacrosse Tournament.
The CONNY league encompasses all lacrosse playing towns in CT and Westchester. The year-end tournament is played at Yale University at fields surrounding the famed Yale Bowl. The 20-plus teams in each age group are seeded into 4-team brackets.
