Members of the Wilton community joyfully celebrated Holi, the vibrant Hindu festival of colors, on Saturday, Mar. 15. They gathered at the Wilton Hindu Temple, enthusiastically putting eco friendly colors on each other, dancing to Bollywood music and enjoying a variety of festive food.
Holi marks the arrival of spring and symbolizes the victory of good over evil. It is a time for renewal, forgiveness and spreading happiness, as people come together to celebrate love, friendship and community.
The event fostered unity and cultural appreciation, bringing together diverse participants from Wilton and surrounding towns in a lively atmosphere.
