Support Row B
To the Editor:
I ’m proud to support the full Row B team because they offer the strong, responsible leadership Wilton deserves.
Andrew Warren for Board of Selectmen brings 25-plus years of financial leadership and the steady hand needed to guide growth while protecting Wilton’s small-town character. He knows how to balance housing, infrastructure and community priorities.
On the Board of Education, Mark Shaner shines as a parent and advocate for lifelong learning. With a career in business and technology, he has the vision to help prepare Wilton students for tomorrow’s challenges.
For the Board of Finance, Matt Raimondi and Kim Healy have already proven their fiscal discipline — holding budgets accountable while ensuring our schools and town get the resources they need.
Our Planning and Zoning team — Jill Warren, Colin Christ and Jed Englund — combine legal, financial and operational expertise to guarantee responsible, sustainable growth.
The Zoning Board of Appeals candidates — Amit Vohra, Justin Anderson, Phil Murphy and Greg Murphy — blend business experience with deep community ties, giving Wilton fair, balanced voices on zoning matters.
Finally, Eamon Moran for Board of Assessment Appeals and Constables Lauren Gold, Justin Tishman and Alex Ralph embody dedication, integrity and service to Wilton families.
That’s why I’m voting Row B — and I urge you to join me!

Row B Constable Candidates Deserve High Praise
To the Editor:
Wilton is beyond lucky to have Lauren Gold, Alex Ralph and Justin Tishman on the ballot this year. It’s not often that you get a letter in support of candidates for Constable, but I think this year’s Row B Constable candidates deserve some high praise for stepping up and getting involved. As a group they are parents with young children, busy with all that comes with it (school, tons of sports, other activities), as well as jobs and other volunteer activities.
Lauren has been active as a room mom in the schools and is a former president of Community Nursery School. Alex has likewise volunteered frequently in the schools and at PTA and sporting events. Justin leads a local business while coaching youth football. More importantly than all of this, the three of them are fantastic people that care about their neighbors and Wilton, and will give it their best to make anything they are involved in better.
If you are one of the many who moved to Wilton in recent years looking for a first-rate town and excellent schools, yet want to help drive positive change so Wilton’s best days are ahead, Lauren, Alex and Justin are your Constable candidates this year! I urge you to join me in voting for them on Nov. 4. Thank you.

Proud to Endorse Matt Raimondi
To the Editors:
I am proud to endorse Matt Raimondi for re-election to the Board of Finance. Matt is a true son of Wilton; he grew up here, went through our schools and now devotes his time and talent to giving back to the community. That kind of commitment is rare, and it speaks volumes about his character.
As Chairman of the BOF, Matt has been nothing short of excellent. He is transparent with the numbers, accountable to residents and always willing to listen. From conducting budget surveys to speaking with community groups during budget season, Matt makes sure residents have both a voice in the process and access to clear information. He has set a new standard for accessibility and openness in town government.
Matt is also a strong leader. He has guided the BOF through challenging issues with a steady hand, achieving unanimous decisions under his chairmanship. That consensus is no accident; it’s a reflection of his ability to build trust, foster dialogue and find common ground.
Finally, Matt brings deep financial rigor to the job. His analytical approach ensures the BOF acts as a firewall, protecting our hard-earned tax dollars and ensuring they are spent wisely.
Please join me in re-electing Matt to the BOF.

A New Slate for Planning and Zoning
To the Editor:
Wilton needs fresh leadership on our Planning and Zoning [Commission]. We need a board that will engage citizens and hear them, and then manage the approval process competently. We don’t have that today.
Recent approvals by the current [commission] highlight our present shortcomings. The Kimco development next to Stop & Shop was approved with virtually no affordable housing units, missing a critical opportunity to address our community’s housing needs. The Hubbard Rd. property [at 12 Godfrey Pl.] (behind the Library) was so mismanaged that the developer was eventually able to move forward without town approval on key issues. We can do better than this.
The Democratic slate — Ken Hoffman, Trevor Huffard, Michelle Saglimbene, Margit Ritz and Jessica Rainey — offers an opportunity for change. Wilton deserves [commission] members who will prioritize transparent and effective processes, meaningful community engagement and responsible development that serves all residents.
I urge voters to support the full Democratic slate for the Planning and Zoning [Commission].

Proud to Support Pam Ely for BOE
To the Editor:
I am proud to support Pam Ely for re-election to the Board of Education this November. Pam has been a steady presence in my life and in our community. I grew up going to the Wilton Day School and church with Pam, and now I have the privilege of working alongside her at St. Matthew’s [Episcopal Church]. She has always been a pillar of strength, faith, and dedication to others.
Pam’s career as a school administrator gives her a perspective few others can bring to the Board of Education. She understands the realities inside the classroom as well as the broader challenges of budgets, staffing and curriculum. Over the past four years on the board, she has brought this experience to every decision, helping Wilton maintain its high standards while balancing fiscal responsibility.
As someone who went through the Wilton school system myself, I know firsthand how much our schools mean to the fabric of this community. Our students consistently perform at the top levels in Connecticut, our graduation rate is over 97%, and our schools are recognized nationally for preparing students for college and beyond. Pam has worked tirelessly to ensure this excellence continues for future generations.
Pam Ely has been a leader, a mentor, and a true servant to Wilton. I urge my neighbors to re-elect her so she can continue her incredible work on behalf of our students, teachers and families.

Yes, a new slate for Planning and Zoning is imperative. What chaos we had this last term, as well explained by Ms Sposato’s letter above. Vote in the Democrats on Row A if you want improved leadership and transparency.
