Wilton Go Green Invites All to Reception

Celebrate another year of sustainable living in Wilton next Wednesday, Jan. 8 at Wilton Go Green’s 2014 Annual Meeting and Reception at Trackside Teen Center (15 Station Rd.). Enjoy refreshments courtesy of Vintage Fine Wines and Green Leaf Organic Bakery at 6:30 p.m., and learn about the organization’s future plans during the annual meeting, beginning at 7:15 p.m..

Guest speaker and State Representative Gail Lavielle—a Wilton Go Green Advisory Board member—will provide insight into environmental legislation currently taking place in Connecticut. Gail was recently honored as 2013 Legislative Champion by the CT League of Conservation voters for her efforts on behalf of the legislation supporting the state’s environment and natural resources.
