Only four homes transferred hands last week in Wilton. According to deeds filed with the Town Clerk’s office, those properties were (including addresses and prices):

  • Ann and Gerard Spenard sold 552 Belden Hill Rd. to Robert and Eva Puorro for $1,045,000.
  • James Merrill sold 228 Danbury Rd. to Hahn Empire Holdings LLC for $630,000.
  • Richard and Laureen Kulbieda sold 227 Nod Hill Rd. to James Lyng and Ingri Vanderlugt for $900,000. (pictured above)
  • Wendy White sold 188 Drum Hill Rd. to Damon and Jane Rinard for $559,000.
