Niche.com issued its rankings of Best School Districts in CT, and the Wilton School District ranked number five in the state, out of 118 districts. Nationally, Wilton ranked as number 149 on the list of Best School Districts in America.
These rankings were among several matrices examined by the aggregator site, which ranks schools and neighborhoods based on analysis of key statistics and millions of reviews from students and parents. Niche.com uses data from the U.S. Department of Education, census information, state test scores, college readiness, graduation rates, SAT/ACT scores, teacher quality, public school district ratings, and more.
The Top 10 Best Districts in CT included Westport (1), New Canaan (2), Darien (3), Weston (4), Greenwich (6), Amity Regional District No. 5 (7), Glastonbury (8), Simsbury (9), and Madison (10).
