For the week of April 24-30, Wilton saw a slow-down in the real estate market. According to information distributed weekly by the town clerk’s office, there were a total of four residential land transactions–with two of those properties part of the same deal. They were (including address and sale price):

  • The Palmer Dixon Estate sold land at 35 Hickory Hill Rd. to Henry and Janet Prieger for $206,500.
  • Heather Dixon sold land on Millstone Rd. to Henry and Janet Prieger for $43,500.
  •  Lindsay Sanders sold 22 Black Birch Dr. to Martha Radocy for $535,000.
  • Beth Diskin sold 27 Appletree Ln. to Evan and Julia Lehman for $875,000 (pictured).
