- Bruce and Virginia Berlin sold 29 Glen Hill Rd. to Lucia Anne Powers for $815,000.
- Anne Politi sold 9 Old Lantern Dr. to Melissa and David Roos for $845,000. (Pictured in main image, above)
- Johnstone Associates sold 503 Danbury Rd. to Staffordshire Properties LLC for $655,000.
- John Mitchell (Trustee) and the Florence Tallmadge Trust sold 167 Sharp Hill Rd. to Noelia Fernandez and Andy Aleksiejczyk for $413,000.
