- Toll CT II Limited Partnership sold 30 River Ridge Ln. to Eric and Kimberly Fox for $1,294,090.
- William Mahoney sold 45 Woods End Dr. to Edward and Laura Rowley for $860,000.
- Peter Sondergaard Jensen and Marta Armida sold 35 Chessor Ln. to Michael and Emma Halliwell for $1,874,000 (pictured).
- Margaret Wegner Genovese sold 255 Cheese Spring Rd. to Colleen and Michael Moisio for $1,125,000.
- Gael Harty De Pierrebourg and Ursula De Pierrebourg sold 363 Newtown Tpke. to Maureen and Vincent Tummnello for $799,000.
- Brian and Tracy Murray sold 83 Musket Ridge Rd. to Jennifer Alesia for $782,000.
