Each week the Wilton Town Clerk’s office releases data for the prior week’s real estate transactions. For the one-week period from August 6-12, 2021, Town Clerk Lori Kabak reported 14 properties transferred to new owners.

Exactly half of the properties sold for more than $1 million, with the highest at just over $2 million.

  1. How wonderful the house sales are. Why is our town village, village center with so many empty stores and office space?

  2. Hugh rents and most people are commuters. They only buy big box stores not small mom and pop stores.
