Each week the Wilton Town Clerk’s office releases data for the prior week’s real estate transactions. For the two-week period from Feb. 16-29, 2024, Town Clerk Lori Kaback reported three residential properties changed hands.
The properties included two single-family homes and a Village Walk condominium.
No commercial properties changed hands during the two-week period.
