99 Seeley Road (a 2.08 acre lot sold in two transactions): Peter Keiser and Florence K. Romanov for $255,000, and Frances Juliane Keiser (TR) and Richard E. Castiglioni (TR), for $85,000, to Seeley Farm, LLC.
