Each week the Wilton Town Clerk’s office releases data for the prior week’s real estate transactions. For the one-week period from Jan. 21-27, 2022, Town Clerk Lori Kaback reported five properties transferred to new owners.
Just one of the properties sold above the $1 million mark, and in fact far surpassed it, selling for just over $1.7 million.
The most affordable property was a Village Walk condominium, which sold for $220,000.
