• 605 Ridgefield Rd.:  Anthony Esposito to Jacqueline Sand and Ilia Mokhtareizadeh for $600,000.

• 323 Olmstead Hill Rd.:  Ellen Shannon, Trustee to MariClare Lawson and Christopher DeAngelis for $237,500; and Gladys Haug Estate to MariClare Lawson and Christopher DeAngelis ro $237,500.

• 70 Pond Rd.:  Estate of John Vincent Neal to Anthony Lanza and Pamela Arciero for $807,000.
