Each week the Wilton Town Clerk’s office releases data for the prior week’s real estate transactions. For the one-week period from July 9-15, 2021, Town Clerk Lori Kabak reported 13 properties transferred to new owners.
Wilton’s residential properties have been moving at a similarly brisk pace all summer.
Five of the properties sold above $1 million, with the highest selling price at $2.5 million.
