Each week the Wilton Town Clerk’s office releases data for the prior week’s real estate transactions. For the one-week period from Oct. 13-19, 2023, Town Clerk Lori Kaback reported seven residential properties changed hands.
Five single-family homes and two Wilton Crest condominiums were among the transfers.
In a repeat of the previous week, two of the properties sold for more than $2 million.
No commercial properties changed hands during the one-week period.
