  • Rosalie Masseria Trust sold 16 Wilton Hunt Rd. to Qian and Sandy Li for $759,000.
  • Robert Hutchinson Jr. sold 56 Old Kings Highway to Jennifer and Joseph DeSanctis for $824,000.
  • Richardson and Elizabeth Hendee sold 34 Drum Hill Rd. to Timothy Walker for $1,275,000.
  • John and Ann Lacroix sold 515 Belden Hill Rd. to Melissa and Kara Crowther for $640,000.
