  • William and Judith Barry sold 20 Blue Ridge Ln. to Aneta and Mariusz Kozikowski for $675,000.
  • Nicholas Sitinas sold 17 Pond Rd. to Andrew and Alexandra Ralph for $1,050,000.
  • Colin and Cynthia Thom sold 104 Kellogg Dr. to Ryan and Sarah Fasano for $705,000.
  • William and Rosemary Krivoshik sold 80 Village Ct. to Tianshi Bu and Kun Dong for $625,000.
