  • Eric Newman and Rineke Chan sold 37 Topfield Rd. to Mark and Caryl Grorud for $850,000.
  • Daniel and Danielle White sold 115 Linden Tree Rd. to Kevin and Courtney Krankall for $550,000.
  • Mary Ann Acampora sold 404 Thayer Pond Rd. to Jason and Alyssa Yan for $780,000.
