Important: Please note that the Town Clerk’s report contains limited information. For details, read the document on file in the Wilton Town Clerk’s office. These land transfer reports are available on the town website.

GMW makes an effort to find current photos from recent real estate listings, websites such as Zillow.com, or mapping services such as Google Maps. In some cases, photos may be from previous real estate listings or town appraisal/land records.

Key Highlight: The $14.5 million sale of the CommonFund building at 15 Old Danbury Rd. is notable as the first step in the redevelopment of the property into a 208-unit multifamily, transit-oriented apartment building. At $9.25 million, the sale of a building at 59 Danbury Rd. isn’t too shabby either.

15 Old Danbury Rd.: CD Station LLC to KW 15 Old Danbury LLC for $14,500,000.

One year ago this month, the Planning and Zoning Commission unanimously approved a proposal for a five-story 208-unit pair of buildings at 15 Old Danbury Rd. The site sits adjacent to the Wilton Train Station and is part of the Transit-Oriented Development overlay area created by P&Z through the Greater Wilton Center Master Plan process, which allows greater density and height. At five stories high, it will also be among the tallest structures in town.

The original developer that made the proposal was Toll Brothers, which last December was acquired by a large West Coast real estate developer, Kennedy Wilson. As part of that deal, KW acquired close to 30 sites in development, including Toll Brothers’ Wilton train station site, and according to multifamilybiz.com, will continue moving forward with development and construction for those properties.

A demolition permit application was submitted for the project on Dec. 15, 2025, and met no objection from the Historic District Historic Properties Commission. The developer also submitted a building permit application.

59 Danbury Rd. Unit B: Wilton Properties Rsk. LLC to Wilton Re. Investment LLC for $9,250,000.

Unit B is one of two buildings at the 59 Danbury Rd. property, with two long-term tenants currently occupying the building — ASML and Building Blocks Learning Center, a daycare center.

The other buildings on the property is occupied by Westy Self Storage.

20 Wilton Crest: Karen L De Bruyn Est. to Mark Basler and Argentina Marku for $700,000.
