Each week the Wilton Town Clerk’s office releases data for the prior week’s real estate transactions. For the three-week period from March 8-28, 2024, Town Clerk Lori Kaback reported five residential properties changed hands.
The light pace of property transfers is symptomatic of the low inventory of homes in Wilton’s residential real estate market over the last several months.
No condominiums or commercial properties changed hands during the three-week period.
