Each week the Wilton Town Clerk’s office releases data for the prior week’s real estate transactions. For the one-week period from July 27-Aug. 1, 2024Town Clerk Lori Kaback reported five single-family homes and one condominium changed hands. 

In addition, the Wilton Volunteer Ambulance Corps closed on its purchase of a new property at 232 Danbury Rd. GOOD Morning Wilton has reported on the emergency service’s proposal to build a new headquarters on the parcel for the organization, which operates independently from Wilton town government.
