Each week the Wilton Town Clerk’s office releases data for the prior week’s real estate transactions. For the one-week period from May 31-June 6, 2024, Town Clerk Lori Kaback reported nine single-family homes, one Wilton Hills condominium, and one 2.54-acre lot on Thayer Pond Road changed hands.
Among this week’s land transfers is 105 Seeley Farm, sold as a 39.5-acre parcel including the primary residence. The majority of the land is deeded with a conservation easement purchased by the town in 2014 for $2.2 million. The easement prevents any kind of building or development on the 39.5 acre parcel, and outlines specific restrictions with regard to fencing, land use, and land access, among other protections. The easement also outlines certain limited access for the public to the land, including to foot trails and 1,000 feet of Norwalk River riverfront.
No commercial properties changed hands during the one-week period.
