Each week the Wilton town clerk’s office distributes information on the prior week’s real estate transactions. For the week of Sept. 15-22, there were seven properties that changed hands. The land transfers were (including address, sale price and photo, where available) were:
- Daniel Coutre and Lisa Aznaran sold 168 Drum Hill Rd. to Wayne and Valerie Dodge for $875,000.
- Albert Pisa sold 441 Nod Hill Rd. to Paul and Deborah Quinsee for $2,100,000.
- Williams Family Trust sold 9 River Ridge Ln. to Derek and Salina Johnson for $1,025,000.
- YL Investment LLC sold 357 Chestnut Hill Rd. to Rajat Trivedi and Deepti Tiwari for $460,000.
- James Nally and Alexandra Skoglund sold 476 Belden Hill Rd. to Paul Fitzpatrick and Daria Contegiacomo for $670,000.
- Cannon Road Property LLC sold 109 Cannon Rd. to James Nally and Alexandra Skoglund for $1,302,500.
- Ward Bond and Laura Kirkpatrick sold 31 Fawn Pl. to Wallace and Nicole Stacy for $560,000.
