Each week Wilton’s Town Clerk releases real estate stats to local media, and according to the information for the week of Jan. 29-Feb. 4, there were two homes that changed hands. They were:
- 25 Sunset Pass, sold by Jason and Stacy Levy to Michael Backus and Young Jae Moon for $697,000.
- 153 Chestnut Hill Rd., sold by Terrence and Kim Mangan to Eric and Tami Weigold for $893,000. (see main article image)
