Each week the Wilton Town Clerk’s office releases data for the prior week’s real estate transactions. For the one-week period from August 2-8, 2024, Town Clerk Lori Kaback reported three single-family homes and one commercial property changed hands.
No condominiums transferred ownership during this time.

The commercial property at 221 Danbury Rd., (see photo above) located just south of Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church, was sold one year ago for $2,557,000. This week it was sold and transferred by Wilton CT Property LLC to Bishwendu K and Suda Paul Trust, for $7,641,733. It is the current home to the recently opened Guidepost Montessori.
