Mark your calendars for a fun-filled evening of Cocoa and Card Games for families of elementary-age children on Wednesday, Jan. 22 from 5-7:30 p.m. at Comstock Community Center (180 School Rd.). Families can drop in for part of the time or stay for the whole event.
This family-friendly event is designed for elementary-aged students and their parents to enjoy a cozy evening together while forging relationships with other community members. Participants will sip on delicious hot cocoa while engaging in various card games, including classics like Go Fish and Crazy Eights and a few that may be new to you.
The event is free and open to the public. Advance registration is appreciated online. Bring your family and a willingness to have a blast!
“We’re excited to host this event as part of our Family Fun series, which aims to bring families and the community together through shared fun,” WYC Board Chair Kim Hall said. “Card games are a fun and simple way to connect and play together.”
