Every Friday the Wilton town clerk’s office distributes information about real estate sales during the prior week. For the period between March 17-23, there were four properties sold. They were (including address, sale price and photo where available):

  • Timothy and Nancy Geaney sold 206 Sharp Hill Rd. to Daniel Tran and Colleen Nolan for $745,000.
  • Wilton Baptist Church sold 222 Mountain Rd. to Brian and Shanan Murphy for $515,000.
  • James and Ann Margaret Mannix sold 145 Millstone Rd. to David and Elizabeth Sims for $890,000. (see main image)
  • Joan Jevne sold 12 Wilton Crest to Kun Wang for $330,000.
