Each week the Wilton town clerk distributes information on the prior week’s real estate transactions. During the period between Sept. 9 and Sept. 15, the following homes were sold (including address, sale price and photo):
- Bruce and Kristin Proctor sold 395 Thayer Pond Rd. to Giovanni and Aimee Cerra for $875,000.
- Louis and Maddalena DiBari sold 22 Hanford Ln. to Derek Karim and Marjan Aleali for $1,400,000.
- Keith Ryan sold 20 Thunder Lake Rd. to Daniel Moreno for $690,000.
