Over the last two weeks, Wilton’s town clerk recorded the sale and transfer of five properties in Wilton. According to information distributed weekly to the media, those transactions (including sale price, address and photo) were:
Week of March 4-10
- Insource East Properties Inc. sold 43 Village Walk to Ondina Lara, Javier Martinez and Aleksandra Martinez for $280,000.
- Melvin and Patricia Kuntz sold 228 Range Rd. to Elaine and Christopher Pedicini for $1,141,000.
Week of March 11-17
- 168 Cannon Rd. was sold to Anchi Lin and Jack Gau for $1,315,000 by the William A. Ziegler 2009 Revocable Trust and the Glenn C. Ziegler 2009 Revocable Trust.
- Seth and Hope Perelman sold 29 Tito Lane to 29 Tito Lane LLC for $1,107,500.
- Cinco LLC sold 213 Danbury Rd. (commercial property) to Moose Holdings LLC for $2,150,000.
