There were two homes in Wilton that traded hands last week, according to information provided weekly by the town clerk’s office.  The properties that were sold, including address, sale price and photo, were:

  • 184 Nod Hill Rd., sold by David Lattimer to Victor Manuel and Jennifer Conway for $1,631,300 (main image).
  • 80 Chestnut Hill Rd., sold by John and Donna Ferries to Timothy Hine for $945,000.
