- Craig and Jacqueline McClenachan sold 14B Powder Horn Hill Rd. to Scott and Jessie Belisle for $650,000.
- James and Linda Voulgarakis sold 28 Cardinal Ln. to Roberto and Adelina Rulli for $625,000.
- Paul Forsman, Jr., Estate sold 76 Belden Hill Rd. to Nevzat Murtishi for $445,000.
- Ray Raymakers and Robert Copley sold 62 Moriarity Dr. to Crystal Rose Ellis for $1,675,000.
- 229 Linden Tree Road LLC sold 229 Linden Tree Rd. to Stephen and Nicole DiNapoli for $589,000.
